Staff was very helpful, room was very clean.
Several times I went to the outdoor pool to find it covered and closed. The room to the indoor pool was locked at times during times when it should have been open.

The location is perfect for business.
The service of the hotel is far below the expectation for a four-star hotel. The Intenet access is extremely expensive. I cannot believe that SAP doesn't have a rate for the Internet access. It's 20 Euros per day...
The staff are not always friendly and seem not interested in your staying there.

Air conditionning was not working, I had to complain 3 days in a row and nothing has been done. They even didn't changed me of room.

Quiet and convenient to SAP Walldorf offices
Room furnishings could use some modernization (furnishings, tv) - regular rooms don't have a desk. The air always seems slightly smoky in the nonsmoking rooms.

Long cue at the reception on Friday morning during check-out time (08.00 - 09.00).

Very very high prices for internet connection. In this kind of hotel internet connection should be free. At least there shoould be a rate with unlimited internet connection included.

Friendliness of staff, breakfast selections, parking, location to SAP Office and mini-bar can be used as a refrigerator
Charging for Internet Access in a business hotel should not occur, it should be added into the rate. At 22 Euro a day, this is rather high. The fact that the connection was not good further enhanced the negative impression of this service and to some degree the hotel. The connection was so bad that I would have complained if it were free.
When I called to see what the problem was, they route you to the Swisscom vendor. I didn't like paying 22 Euros and then routed to a provider by the hotel desk.
I did not purchase further access after my first day experience.

Great staff and services.
Internet service was available and not inexpensive, but was of poor quality. constant connection drops. they are aware of it, i hope they correct wi with the provider.
