The guesthouse is located in the complex of buildings which was constructed between 1990 and 1995.

It offers two restaurants, a lobby as well as a casino and a sun terrace. Additionally, the hotel suits also for meetings and conferences.

The hotel disposes of double rooms with the possibility to prepare further beds or shared room and apartments with kitchenette. All rooms and apartments are equipped with shower/WC, sat-TV, radio and telephone. Some rooms dispose of a fridge. The guest house Nr. 1 (two-bed up to four-bed-room) is equipped with a sink and a telephone, for always two rooms there is a collective shower/WC. The guest house Nr. 2 offer 3 rooms (8 beds) and have a shower/WC on the floor.

In the morning a breakfast buffet will be served. In the evening we offer varied menu choices and for students there is a 2-course-menu including 1 drink.
