Seminal Viennese architect Hans Hollein – a Pritzker prize-winner and one of the true pioneers of postmodernism – has created the ultimate upgrade to a building he originally designed and has never ceased to be identified with ever since. The interior design has successfully been taken into the future with a sophisticated blend of high and low tech. FROM VIE-Vienna International Airport IT IS 25 KM NW TO THE PROPERTY. Drive on the highway A4 direction “Wien-Zentrum” – Vienna Center. From the end of the highway drive to the main road 227 – straight ahead to the “Untere Donaustrasse” and the “Obere Donaustrasse” after 3,7 km turn left to the “Salztorbrücke” - cross the “Franz-Josefs-Kai” to “Salztorgasse” after 4 km make a slight left into the “Vorlaufstrasse”. At km 4,1 you will get to the “Marc-Aurel-Strasse” – keep going straight ahead past the “Hoher Markt” to the “Tuchlauben”, at 4,3 km make a left turn into the “Bauernmarkt" then turn slightly to the left into the “Freisingergasse”, at km 4,6 turn hard left into the “Goldschmiedgasse". 50 meters further at the right end of the “Goldschmiedgasse” is the Hotel.Starting point: Additional information
