The Hotel Granduca is only a few minutes away by car from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The spacious hotel building offers its guests a relaxing stay in the heart of San Giuliano Terme.

In summer all of our 170 rooms are air conditioned. They provide shower or tub, hair dryer, phone, mini bar, soundproof windows, satellite TV and radio. Most of our hotel rooms have also a pay TV system and a safe. You may also leave your valuables in our safe at the reception desk. Rooms with a balcony are only bookable when available. The entire hotel is suitable for disabled guests and offers 8 rooms with bathrooms equipped for wheelchairs.

Close to the hotel you will find an indoor pool, tennis courts and a keep-fit trail. Extensive parking facilities with video control are free of charge for our guests. Furthermore the hotel has a wellness centre where you can spend relaxing moments.

Our restaurant, with 500 seats, serves you typical and delicious Tuscan specialties. It is the ideal meeting point during a congress or during a relaxing vacation in our thermal spa right in the centre of Tuscan art and culture.
