Our small and exclusive hotel has a personal atmosphere and consists of two buildings , the “Aldstadthotel” and the “Residenz”. The buildings are located opposite each other in a quiet area of the pedestrian precinct. From here you can easily reach the “Mirabell Palace” and “Mozart´s Residence”. All important sights of the city are within walking distance such as the cathedral, the fortress and the new congress hall.

The use of the internet terminal in our hotel lobby is free of charge for our guests and our staff at the reception desk will be pleased to help you with the reservation of concert and theatre tickets.

After a strenuous day you can enjoy relaxing moments in our hotel spa which was opened in December 2005. The spa area includes a fantastic swimming pool, massage facilities, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infra-red cabin and a room with couches where you can unwind after a visit to the sauna.

All our hotel rooms are furnished in classical style and are decorated with a lot of attention to detail. They provide a bathroom with bathtub or shower, hair-dryer, mini-bar, satellite TV, DVD player, radio as well as an analogue internet connection.
