The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast, and the rooms are always clean, and the staff is fairly friendly.

This room was very small compared to the ones I had before, those were excellent. Besides this a lot of noise early in the morning and an alarm clock next to my bed that I couldn't switch off.

The staff is really nice.

I gave 3 for the noise of this stay because the room that I stayed was close to the stair, and there were some other guests made some loud noise around 2 am. This is probably something that the hotel cannot help much.

The staff is very friendly. I have informed the hotel that I'll arrive very late on Sunday. A very nice lady was holding my key waiting in the parking lot at time of my arrival. That was really impressed.

I think I got the poorest room they offer in the hotel. Make sure you never get room 141.

Both the food and the sauna/pool area are very good.

If you get a room on the side of the hotel facing Rauenberg town, then the sound church bells ringing at 6AM will wake you up! The non-smoking seating area in the restaurant is very small (only three tables) and this needs to be increased.
