La Réserve is a Hotel/Restaurant set in 3 acres of private parkland. It is ideally located for all the region has to offer, being right in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards (Grave wine appellation) yet only 15 minutes from Bordeaux’s vibrant city centre, 45 min from the pristine Atlantic beaches and 5 min from Mérignac airport .

The hotel offers 22 spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable rooms all with large en- suit bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the park, pool and lake (home to a family of swans).

The locally renowned gourmet restaurant is an absolute highlight. The new manager and chef, Jerome Héraud, is the 2004 winner of the "France’s best chef" award. In his kitchens, regional specialties are prepared with fresh produce straight from local markets, farms, and the nearby Atlantic.
