ARRIVALS TO MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle that runs continuously every 20 minutes to and from Miami International Airport between the hours of 5:00 am and 1:00 am. Our Courtesy Vans pick-up and drop-off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR - DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. Please note that the baggage claim area is located on first floor - lower level. If you are claiming checked baggage, please return to the second floor before proceeding outside to wait for our shuttle. While there is not a dedicated pick up area, our Courtesy Drivers will stop at any of the terminals located on the second floor. Look for our blue and silver vans with the Hilton logo within 20 minutes. Please give our driver a friendly wave to identify yourself as a Hilton guest. You will arrive at the hotel within approximately 10 minutes.

''Go Airport Shuttle'' provides private and shared rides to the hotel and other locations in the area. When you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and go outside the baggage claim area (lower level). Contact one of Go Airport Shuttle's customer service representatives wearing a white shirt with ''Go Airport Shuttle'' in green on the back of the shirt and an emblem on the sleeve and over the breast pocket. Taxi Service
Taxis are available on demand around the clock at the Airport. Please check in at the Transportation Podium located outside the baggage area on the lower level at the curb of each terminal. Very nice. Outdoor pool and exercise facilites were very nice. The room was not very big, but still adequate. Lunch buffet in the Coral Cafe restaurant was excellent. |

The mattress, bedding and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality. Very conducive to a good night's sleep. |

The check-in agent at the front desk was efficient but not particularly friendly. As this is the first impression that one gets of a hotel, I think it does improve one's stay if the front-desk staff appear friendly, keen to help, and conscientious about providing all information that is relevant to one's stay. |
