This time, the reception staff was SOOPER i.e. exceptionally good. I haven't received this kind of politeness anywhere in Germany earlier - it was almost like a US style experience! |

The hot water shower gave brown colored hot water!!!!! Check it yourself in Room 505. The cold water tap gives water with a strange taste - not sure if this water is OK for drinking (it is supposed to be OK).
Sometimes they give a free water bottle for Wyndham-rewards members - sometimes they don't - never understood why?!! |

The hotel needs to negotiate a better deal with t-online for wireless. It is too expensive. Option 1 was 8 euro for 60 min. Option 2 was 30 euro for a 30 day subscription. Total ripoff. Also need new carpet. How about a card key? Didn't like the clunky key. |

There still are some inconsistencies - as in the need of a passport number, home phone number (??)etc...sometimes needed and sometimes not - and then I would start to question (so far in my mind)what is REALLY needed (and what about data privacy - when data-need is inconsistent) |

| My room had a foul odor in it. The parking garage for hotel patrons was completely filled and I had to park at the train station which meant walking back to the hotel approximately 5 minutes in the cold. The desk representative said that parking would cost about 1,50 per night with the hotel discount however reality is parking cost me 15,60 EU to park from 1900 until 1100 the following day. |

| Is a great hotel for overnight accomodation and short bussiness trips. Very centralized in downtown accross from the main train station. Is great if you are looking for a room just to expend the night. |
