it's in good position as described.neither 5 minutes from the station by foot and really near the centre.the place is quite good and the staff is really kind and funny.it's ok for how much it costs

Most impressive aspect about this hotel was the staff. They were excellent....welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, good language skills and made us feel very much at home. Better than staff we have experienced in 5 star hotels!!! They really make the City Hotel a good experience on a budget.Also had good, nearby secure parking, good choice of fresh food for breakfast, basic accommodation but great value for money.

bathroom was not clean. it is better if the shampoo dispensers were cleaned and refilled with fresh shampoo, because I guess the shampoo in these dispensers was spoiled.

The staff's rating had to be bad because we ordered a wake up call (in German) at 7.30 am and they never called, so we woke up at 9.30 instead. Der Weck-Anruf kam nie!
