| The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious for Europe. A good experience we would stay there again in future. |

| Another favourite hotel that we've stayed in over the years. The staff are very helpful and the location is perfect: right at the train station and within easy walking distance of the Altstadt (or take the tram which stops opposite). No noise at all from the busy square in front of the station. |

| One of the most confortable night's sleep I've had in a hotel. The bed was great. They must have taken note of my request and put me at the back of the hotel so that it really wasn't too noisy. Very nice staff too. |

| Hotel was situated in a great position for tourists like ourselves. It was very clean and comfortable and the room (603)was superb. |

| Breakfast was disappointing as most dishes were empty and the "hot" food was very limited and not cooked properly. |

| We did not stay much in the hotel but it seems to be very fit for purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking in nearby streets is free of charge on Sundays! |
