Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to underground - though there was a strike when we were there :-((
[Not really negative - we could/should have called the hotel for advice re the following] We would choose another suite next time as the street side was noisy. Also an attempt should be made to alert guests that the suites are in a second building which does not have its own lift so that if access by lift is needed, choose a suite on a higher floor where one can pass between the building floors.){kind=link}
