There's a genuinely warm feeling of welcome in the mahogany panelled reception, lobby and lounge - the latter replete with original artworks, an imposing Jacobean Revival chimney piece, plump sofas and discreet bar. Old kilims adorn side tables, an Ottoman theme repeated in the rich pile carpeting throughout. Everything, from the oriental porcelain in the lobby to the furniture and decor of the aptly named Morris Room, has been expertly selected.

At the Gallery you can relax in an atmosphere of comfort and culture while being close to some of London's finest attractions. The Science, Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums are literally on your doorstep. Likewise Harrods, fashionable Knightsbridge, and the cafes, restaurants and antique shops of Chelsea.

The Standard Double Room has got a standard double bed. The room has air conditioning, direct dial telephone, interactive satellite TV, broadband internet (extra charge), desk and chair, hair dryer, electronic safe, tea & coffee making facilities and central heating. En-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower and all amenities. The Standard Double is larger in size than the Small Double. High speed broadband, wired and wireless are in the room.
