| Friendly staff, however, they managed to change the date of my online booking to the day after. The hotel was fully booked, so there was no place for me and my partner to stay. I wonder why and how this could have happened.
However, the staff was friendly. They have been busy for one hour to find out what went wrong, resulting a recommendation for another hotel which they called for us to confirm they did have place. As regret they gave us a nice bottle of wine as gift, which made a lot of things right again. |
