The hotel enjoys a favourable location in Lignano Pineta. It is only a few metres away from the beach and and the perfect destination for those who are looking for a quiet environment and reasonable prices. The hotel building is an entirely air conditioned non-smoking hotel with a private parking lot. Hotel facilities include, among other things, a private car park and an extensive garden with a pool.

We offer our guests single-, double-, triple-and quadruple rooms. All of them are equipped with shower, toilet, hair dryer, air condition, satellite TV, phone, balcony and safe.

In addition we provide a restaurant inside the hotel building and an open air restaurant with view to the pool. You will surely appreciate the rich breakfast buffet, our dinner and lunch buffets as well as a menu including a variety of national and international dishes.

Our services include the use of a changing room at the beach, the use of a deck chair and a sun-lounger per room (minimum stay 3 days), parking lot and bike rental for free (depending on availability).
