No wi-fi, wired internet did not work, room was very small and had no carpeting, staff was unfriendly and incompetent about directions to get to the hotel and about other concerns brought to their attention, breakfast was merely adequate, hot water problems, and shower gel induced an allergy attack.){kind=link}
