The 42 bedrooms are modern in décor and are equipped with facilities of a three-star standard, including pay to view films and direct-dial telephone. The rooms feature double-glazed windows, some of them may be affected by noise from the pub and disco, however.

The Three Sisters Pub serves food on a daily basis and at Upstairs guests can enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast. Major sport events are shown on a large screen in the cobbled courtyard of the hotel, weather permitting.
