Originally an entrepreneur Victorian house, the Orwell Lodge Hotel has been tastefully renovated and extended in recent years to combine the charm of the old with a traditional comfortable feel. An established hotel enjoying a tranquil setting in a residential area, only a 25 minute walk from the centre of Edinburgh, it is an ideal base for those who are travelling by car.

Each of the 10 bedrooms is traditional in décor and finished to a two-star standard. The facilities include a tea tray and a hair dryer. Among the rooms are a honeymoon suite and a family room.
