Originally an Edwardian country house, the Ellersly House Hotel has retained its peaceful setting and atmosphere in the suburbs of Edinburgh.

The 57 en-suite bedrooms are of a traditional three-star standard and are spread across 3 floors. The hotel's spacious executive rooms feature corner baths, walk-in warderobes, original decorative fireplaces and views of the hotel's lawn.

Enjoy a relaxing meal in the Gallery restaurant, overlooking the hotel's gardens. With contemporary décor and menu, the Gallery is ideal for indulging or just a quick bite. Unwind in the hotel lounge and experience the friendly atmosphere of the bar, where wines and ice cold beers are served. A varied lounge menu is available as well, featuring the chef's home-made fare.

A development of accommodation residential will start in the rear car park and gardens, which are no longer controlled by the hotel, on 01. December 2007.

The works might operate between 07:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m. (Monday until Friday) and will run for 12 months.

This will also affect parking at the hotel, so car parking will be limited to the front car park only.
