Front desk staff were pleasant and well trained |

The bar staff need training the barmaid on duty could not operate the drinks optic and had to phone for help, this should be part of the basic training |

Theis hotel is very convenient for Southampton airport and good for an overnight stop. |

The room was rather small and the bathroom door had been damaged and repaired and detracted from the appearance of the room. |
