The hotel Folklorehof
enjoys an extremely peaceful setting in the southern outskirts of Chemnitz. This former farm yard has been carefully
renovated and is located only 5 minutes away from the motorways A72 and A4, as
well as 15 minutes from the town centre of Chemnitz.
The Sachsenring Circuit in Hohenstein-Ernstthal is also 15 minutes away from
our hotel.
All rooms are reserved for
the non-smoking guests and come with shower, toilet, towel heater, cable TV and
telephone. Breakfast is included in the room price. You may also use the
numerous parking facilities all around the hotel as well as the DSL internet
connection via WLAN during your stay.
Our attentive and friendly
staff spoil you in the historical restaurant with a wonderful cross vault which
is housed in the former cow barn. Here you will be treated to refined regional
cuisine with seasonal dishes, served in a special atmosphere.
The restaurant is opened
Monday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from
11:00 a.m. to midnight and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. On weekends we
recommend you to reserve a table in the restaurant if required.

Nice and quite location, the rooms are beautiful and very clean as well as the bathroom, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, very child and dog friendly, excellent cuisine.
