These apartments are equipped with living room or living-sleeping room, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and/or bath, WC, TV, telephone and balcony; some rooms also have a roof terrace.
The guest-house presents itself in the typical Tyrolean style with convenient facilities such as a garage, sauna, steam bath, a children's playground, farm, and a wonderful and sunny terrace; further, a horse stable is available. In addition, there is a shuttle-service that will take you to Ellmau and back so that you can leave your car in the garage.

If you stay at hotel “Seebichl“ you have the possibility to relax, to enjoy the admirable landscape of the nature protection area around the Schwarzsee and to be in the midst of the turbulences of Kitzbuehel.
Our three-star hotel provides 34 rooms. All of them and the apartments are equipped with bathroom and toilet or shower and toilet, telephone, cable TV and balcony.
Every morning you can enjoy our copious breakfast buffet including a corner with organic products. We offer fruit juices, jams, fruit, sausages, ham, cheese, eggs and anything else you may desire. In the evening we serve a wonderful menu of the international, national or regional cuisine, which is carefully prepared by our chef Walter. You can choose every day between two menus and prepare a crunchy salad from our salad buffet. Once a week you can feast at our “Tiroler Bauernbuffet“.
Additionally, we offer a cosy lounge to our guests with bar, a restaurant, two "Tirolerstüberl", a panorama terrace, a lift, a sauna, a small playground for children, ping pong, a sunbathing area and car parks.
The golf course Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee is located very close to our hotel. The “Bichlach“ - the surrounding is called so - is a hiking paradise with a lot of leisure possiblities. Glittery snow fields frame our hotel. The cableways "Hahnenkammbahn", "Kitzbühler Hornbahn" and "Fleckalmbahn", which take you to the famous ski area, are easy to reach from our hotel by the hotel bus. A cross-country ski run is next to our hotel and is lighted in the evenings.
