We offer 26 rooms with 47 beds. All of them are appointed with cable TV, telephone, desk, storage space for suitcases, safe (not in all rooms), mini bar, soundproof windows, shower and toilet as well as WLAN internet access (free of charge). Double rooms were completely refurnished and more than 50 % of our accommodations are non-smoker rooms.

In close proximity there are the recreation area Hemelinger Marsch, the cycle path Weser and the largest discotheque of Bremen, the Aladin Music Hall with the former theatre Tivoli. All major companies like Daimler AG, Rheinmetall Defense Electronics, Atlas Elektrotechnik, Coca Cola and Könecke are reachable on foot within approximately 30 minutes.
