Our Hotel-Restaurant Louis Müller is among the most traditional hotels in the city of Bitburg. The Müller family have been managing this establishment with its own butchery for more than 250 years. Set in the pedestrian zone, the hotel is adjacent to the famous Bitburg brewery with city hall (opening in 2009).
