The internet site displays the rooms and facilities in the new building, however in the old and smaller building there are shabby rooms with less comfort. The service charge was not included in the agreed room price, it took additional 15 %!!! So the hotel was really expensive, and we did not get an information in advance about this high service charge! The staff was very unfriendly on the 19th of July in the morning when we asked for an explanation regarding the high total charge on my account - I received an SMS with the total value - compared to the rate on the internet we booked before... Finally we discussed the issue with the Duty Managar who forgot to great us with a single "Good morning" .... The people in the reception were very unpolite. It was also tyiring to ask an operator to call our friend in another room, because it was not permitted to dial the room number directly. It happened several times that the operator did not understand the room number in English and called someone else.
