 This was the second time that we had stayed at he IBIS in Bamberg. It is a typical European hotel. The rooms are quite small, but, adequate. The amenities are fine. The location is wonderful if you want to be close to the Old Town. There are lots of restaurants, markets and shops within minutes of the hotel. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our son is in the US Army in Bamberg, and my husband and I go to see him several times a year. We are so glad that we discovered the Ibis hotel as it gives us a great location and a good value for our money. |

 The breakfast needs to be changed a bit. It is very good, but, it is the same every morning! There are now monthly offerings that add a few different offerings, but, overall, it is a bit boring. I must say, I enjoyed it every morning, however! The coffee is great! |
