The "Hotel Moderne" is a stylish building which is located in the heart of the city opposite the station, only five minutes from the square “Grand Place” and close to the European centre for communication.

This wonderful, old building with its artful façade houses a modern hotel with sophisticated interior. Our 50 comfortable and cosy rooms are appointed with double glass windows, bathroom with WC and hair-dryer, radio clock, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV and WIFI internet access.

We serve breakfast every morning from 06:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our dining room or on request in your hotel room (without surcharge). The breakfast includes tea or coffee, juices, pastries, rolls, compote, fruit salad, cereals, marmalade and honey. The restaurant has capacities for up to 80 people and presents regional dishes and traditional French cuisine. Furthermore, it offers great facilities for all kind of celebrations and events like banquets and on request alsofor business lunches.

For your meetings and conferences, we provide two conference rooms that are well-appointed with paper board, screen, TV, overhead and slide projector, CD and DVD player. You will find a roofed, monitored public parking place 50 metres form the hotel.

The town is famous for its two beautiful Flemish squares and thanks to its rich cultural and architectural history it has to offer a lot worth exploring. Even sport enthusiasts fill find sport facilities for hiking swimming, golfing (a 18-hole course) and tennis.
