Most of the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was reasonable and, although quite noisy outside, the room was well soundproofed.

The rooms themselves were not all that great and it seemed like a pretty high price for what you got, compared to other places we stayed in Germany. Maybe that is just true of the area.
